I had a fantastic experience with Hopkins from my initial call and Magdiel coming out the same day to fix an issue with the condenser to John who also came out the same day to give me a quote for a new A/C system and finally there was such professionalism from Andres and Yunis during the install process. October 2, 2025: Eduan kindly notified me that he was on his way to help set up Iflo with our WiFi. He was punctual, professional, and efficient. He was also patient in making sure that I understood how to use the Iflo App, as technology is not my strong suit. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received today! 👍👍👍
