Hopkins did a fantastic job in replacing our 9+ year old HVAC system - which had failed. We first called them mid-morning Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had a new system. We worked with Rich who is the Service Manager at Hopkins and he did an excellent job of explaining the options, getting us estimates and scheduling the work.

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. I had a 14 year old central air conditioner replaced yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained all of the work that needed to be done. Joyce in the office is exceptional. She processed all of the required paperwork for the job including the permit, warranty, etc. She promptly provided the insurance certificate and license as I requested. Their prices were competitive and John the salesperson was great as well. I could really tell this is a family run business. Call them for your air conditioning needs!<br>August 5, 2026<br>Ramniez just completed our maintenance visit on our new air conditioner. He is fantastic! Ramniez did such a thorough job and answered all of our questions. Hopkins air conditioning is very efficient and professional. We are so happy we purchased our new air conditioner from them last November. We are new to Forida and they came highly recommended, which is so important for air conditioning here. They definitely are a 5 star company!
