Ramniez arrived on a Sunday afternoon to clean the AC units. He was friendly, efficient and wore booties over his shoes without any prompts to do so, huge bonus points!! Best of all, today’s visit was free, as part of our service contract. I highly recommend this business for being timely, caring, honest and fair.

Hopkins was and is my go-to AC CO. They have installed several units over the years as well as required maintenance. This last visit, a usual draining of clogged lines was a charge of $539.00. Two hundred over the past incurred charges. I believe this was exorbitant compared to competitors and Hopkins past charges.<br>I will contemplate a change of service.

Great response, great service. Brian the tech was top notch . He got me nice and cool. Definitely a good HVAC outfit, I’d recommend them to anyone in need of quick, quality service.
