Chad did a great job and was very thorough during the maintenance on our 2 units and also installing a condensate pump to resolve an issue we have with drainage. He also installed UV lights on our 2 units to help with mold issues.

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. I had a 14 year old central air conditioner replaced yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained all of the work that needed to be done. Joyce in the office is exceptional. She processed all of the required paperwork for the job including the permit, warranty, etc. She promptly provided the insurance certificate and license as I requested. Their prices were competitive and John the salesperson was great as well. I could really tell this is a family run business. Ramniez did such a thorough job and answered all of our questions. Hopkins air conditioning is very efficient and professional. We are so happy we purchased our new air conditioner from them last November. We are new to Forida and they came highly recommended, which is so important for air conditioning here. They definitely are a 5 star company!

Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner.
