Brien and Cesar were an excellent team for installation of our new HVAC system. They explained every step along the way of the day-long process. In addition, they were very mindful of our home and the area in which they were working. When they finished, the area was spotless. In summary, on a scale of 1 - 10, we would rate them a 12!! After researching and getting quotes from more than 10 different A/C companies, we ultimately chose Hopkins Air Conditioning—and I'm so glad we did.<br><br>From the very first conversation through the final installation, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service.<br><br>John Johnson was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain every option, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair, transparent quote. What I appreciated most was that he never tried to "sell" me anything or pressure me into upgrades I didn't need. Instead, he focused on helping me make the best decision for my home, which gave me complete confidence in choosing Hopkins.<br><br>Once we made our decision, Hopkins exceeded our expectations by scheduling and completing the installation the very next day.<br><br>Yadian and Manuel handled the installation, and they were exceptional. They worked seamlessly as a team, never seemed to stop moving, and paid incredible attention to every detail throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. They also took the time to walk me through the finished installation and ensured I was completely satisfied before closing out the job.<br><br>It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction.
