Miguel was the best technician I ever dealt with. He educated me and walked me through all the issues and solutions. His advice was confirmed by my friend who has an electrical engineering degree. Miguel got the fan working again, thermostat operating as it should again, reduced the excess condensation that was hurting the system and my health. He connected the thermostat directly to the system and installed a UVC light for me. I don't have enough space to write everything else he did for me during the hours he spent here. Finding Hopkins and Miguel was the best decision I made in a long time.

Very nice service tech Erwin. On time, polite knowledgeable, took time to do a thorough maintenance. All service techs are great and for that reason we continue to renew our maintenance contract. Happy customers and he also loved our dog!
