Regular 6 month maintenance service call. Everything went smoothly and well. Rep was knowledgeable and let me know that my system is working well. Replaced The 2 ultraviolet lights which are expensive but worthwhile keeping everything clean

Just had Donat the Hopkins technician over and he assessed my problem and solved it.Had to call the Hopkins supervisor about a potential charge and the supervisor was very fair in working with me due to having previous maintenance done 3 months prior.I appreciate his fairness and communication on the matter.Solid customer service.Thank you

Technician Ervine showed on time during the time frame specified. He sent a text to make me aware that he was enroute. He was very professional and friendly. He explained all that he was doing and the results of the testing of various components. Overall very happy with the service, recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning to anyone needing maintenance.
