Repairman wouldn't assist me in moving my washing machine so he could access my AC unit, told me I had to reschedule. Then when I called back to reschedule, I got their automated service to set the new appointment. Called back the morning of to confirm the appointment, got the automated service again and it confirmed my appointment. Then with only 30 minutes left in the appointment window, I call back and speak to person and they tell me there is no appointment.

Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.
