Gazi came out today and, as expected, was very professional. He shared his extensive knowledge with me of my AC system and how it works, which impressed me. And he was quite personable as he explained things to me, so much so that I can now explain it to my wife who needs to understand these things too. I'd be very happy to have Gazi return next time and will ask for him.

Gazi came to my home today for routine AC maintenance and I’d have him back every time. He tested the unit, cleaned and sanitized components with photos to show me afterward along with a verbal report. He went the extra mile to completely resolve what I mentioned as a possible concern. I truly appreciate the effort and demeanor Gazi brought to our place today. He had a great recommendation of installing UV system and presented the options with prices on the spot. Extremely happy with our appointment today and Hopkins overall for the last 2+ years.

I’ve been with Hopkins Air for about four years now on a service contract, and they’ve always been fantastic. They just installed a new AC system for me, and once again, everything went perfectly. The technicians showed up right on time, were super professional, and finished the job quickly and neatly. The price was very fair too. It’s great to have a company you can really count on—highly recommend Hopkins Air!

I had an entire full air conditioning system installed today. Temps over 93 with heat index of over 100! I live in a 3 story townhome and my two guys were amazing! In this heat they never complained and only wanted me to be happy! You can trust this company to do what they say they will do! These guys deserve a huge raise!

Had a problem this am. Gazi was quick to respond and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, polite, friendly and careful technician. Gazi was also very careful not to He carefully explained my problem and how to remedy it. He suggested ways to prevent it from recurring. Hopkins did a fantastic job in replacing our 9+ year old HVAC system - which had failed. We first called them mid-morning Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had a new system. We worked with Rich who is the Service Manager at Hopkins and he did an excellent job of explaining the options, getting us estimates and scheduling the work.
