The salesman, Colson, was prompt as scheduled, knowledgeable, and very polite. The installation went as promised. The two installers, Gadrian and Andres arrived on time. They were both very polite and knowledgeable wasting no time installing the system and describing the installation to me. They left the site clean and explained the new thermostat to me. I have lived in Florida for 50yrs and I can say with no reservation that thus company was the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone was polite from top of the chain to tge installers. Thank you, Hopkins for making this an experience for my record books!

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.My ac unit broke on Tuesday night n they came right over. I needed a new ac unit and they came on Wednesday and installed a new one. On Wednesday the installation manager came over to inspect the installation. All of their techs were very professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. They went above n beyond. You guys are awesome. We chose Carrier for its reliability, but we chose Hopkins Air Conditioning because they’ve provided us with top-tier maintenance for over six years. A brand is only as good as its installation, and the Hopkins team nailed it. Colton, our salesman, was polite and knowledgeable, helping us navigate our options and securing the unit quickly. The installation technicians, Andres and Yadrian, were outstanding—professional, communicative, and tidy. I especially appreciated how they thoughtfully ran the lines and pipes to ensure the system is easy to service down the road. To top it off, Neslan came by the next day to replace our UV bulbs and finalize the job. If you want a worry-free, expert installation, I highly recommend Hopkins!"

Had an issue with a leak in our AC unit for a home we recently purchased. I contacted them last night through google and got a call first thing at 7:30 this morning to let me know someone would be by between 10-12. Allan showed up promptly around 10:30 and signed us up for the yearly maintenance fixing our issue. He was quick, professional and very efficient. Highly recommend! ___ Update Feb 2026, we got a new AC system installed for an amazing price. Everyone we worked with was super helpful and made the process very simple. We will continue to use John Hopkins for our maintenance going forward.

Hopkins Technicians William and Felix replaced my HVAC system with a new Carrier crossover system and I’m extremely happy with the installation.
