My wife and I have been struggling with her back to back cancer diagnosis for the past 4 years. First breast cancer then myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). It has been an emotional and financial struggle. Chad Hopkins helped us out by getting our A/C serviced for free after letting him know our situation. It was very kind and generous of Chad. We've been with Hopkins for years. I can't say enough about this company and the there staff.

From sales, site assessment, scheduling to installation; the entire experience was seamless. Nelson and his assistant did a fantastic job with the 1 day install project. The entire team communicates on time and are very thorough in their work processes. The installation team left my house just as clean as when they arrived. We came home from a trip on Saturday night to find that our main AC unit wasn’t cooling our home. Zach was at our house first thing Sunday morning, quickly identified the problem and answered all of our questions. He found the required part and they’ll have it fixed for us tomorrow morning. Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Irvine explained details of issues he wanted to draw our attention to- he even took pictures of the unit in the ceiling and seemed eager to run through go the service step by step- telling me what he was doing next. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough. Irvine is a great asset to the Hopkins Service Team.
