We always have the best experience with Hopkins Air! We are on their monthly service program and they stay on top of everything. They recently replaced Anzac unit forums and the guys were so easy to work with. They cleaned their workplace so nicely every day and were respectful and polite and quiet. The pricing was fair and we are very happy. I’m so glad we found Hopkins!!!

Hopkins was and is my go-to AC CO. They have installed several units over the years as well as required maintenance. This last visit, a usual draining of clogged lines was a charge of $539.00. Two hundred over the past incurred charges. I believe this was exorbitant compared to competitors and Hopkins past charges.<br>I will contemplate a change of service.

Eric did a great job today.Hopkins Air is always 5 star in service. We have been using their services since 2013. Our tech, Eric, just came out to do our maintenance. My unit was replaced last year and he let me know that everything looks great. He always does a fantastic job every time he comes out. We appreciate having a company that maintains high standards. You will not go wrong in choosing Hopkins Air for all your AC/Heating needs. We recommend them to everyone.

The technician who came to my home did a good job and EVENTUALLY explained what was going on and answered my questions.<br><br>Unfortunately, the customer service experience leading up to the appointment was frustrating. This was essentially the same issue I had last year, so I had several reasonable questions: Was this covered under last year's warranty? What does my maintenance agreement actually cover? Why is this happening again only three months after my April maintenance? Most importantly, how can I prevent it from happening in the future?<br><br>I don't understand why it was so difficult to get answers to such basic questions. As a customer paying hundreds of dollars, I don't think it's unreasonable to want to understand why a recurring issue is happening, whether it's covered under warranty, what my maintenance agreement includes, and how to prevent it.<br><br>My biggest concern was simple: Am I expected to pay another $500 every summer for the same issue? I think anyone would want an answer to that before authorizing another expensive repair.<br><br>Instead, I repeatedly felt like I was being talked over or given excuses rather than straightforward answers by customer service. And received no follow up prior to my appointment when the customer service person told me she would ask her manager. Seems like you would want to take care of such matters beforehand so your customer isn't left holding the bag to explain to the tech and things can go more smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>The technician eventually answered my questions, but it shouldn't have taken that long to get basic information.<br><br>I was charged*$244 after a 50% discount, but after calling around I found that other companies charge around $220 at their regular price for the same service. Given this information, Hopkins pricing feels extremely expensive and overpriced. It especially doesn't feel like a good value considering I'm already paying for a maintenance agreement with the company.<br><br>Overall, I don't feel the service was worth the price I paid. While the technician did a good job, the poor communication, lack of transparency, high pricing, and limited warranty made this not the best customer experience. Customers deserves straightforward answers, fair pricing, and to feel like they're being understood. As soon as my contract is up, I won't be renewing.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain every option, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair, transparent quote. What I appreciated most was that he never tried to "sell" me anything or pressure me into upgrades I didn't need. Instead, he focused on helping me make the best decision for my home, which gave me complete confidence in choosing Hopkins.<br><br>Once we made our decision, Hopkins exceeded our expectations by scheduling and completing the installation the very next day.<br><br>Yadian and Manuel handled the installation, and they were exceptional. They worked seamlessly as a team, never seemed to stop moving, and paid incredible attention to every detail throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. They also took the time to walk me through the finished installation and ensured I was completely satisfied before closing out the job.<br><br>It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction. If you're in the market for a new A/C system, I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. They earned my business, exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Jonah was great. Biggest thing was he listened. I know service calls are designed to be sales calls too. But once I explained to him that I wasn't interested in any other services but maintenance, he didn't push anything. But, he still continued to educate me on things that I can do myself and things that I should get a pro for. Matter of fact like, without any type of sales pitch. 1st time using you guys and I happy I switched from Elite (they stink)
