We always have the best experience with Hopkins Air! We are on their monthly service program and they stay on top of everything. They recently replaced Anzac unit forums and the guys were so easy to work with. They cleaned their workplace so nicely every day and were respectful and polite and quiet. The pricing was fair and we are very happy. I’m so glad we found Hopkins!!!

Hopkins was and is my go-to AC CO. They have installed several units over the years as well as required maintenance. This last visit, a usual draining of clogged lines was a charge of $539.00. Two hundred over the past incurred charges. I believe this was exorbitant compared to competitors and Hopkins past charges.<br>I will contemplate a change of service.

Eric did a great job today.Hopkins Air is always 5 star in service. We have been using their services since 2013. Our tech, Eric, just came out to do our maintenance. My unit was replaced last year and he let me know that everything looks great. He always does a fantastic job every time he comes out. We appreciate having a company that maintains high standards. You will not go wrong in choosing Hopkins Air for all your AC/Heating needs. We recommend them to everyone.

We have always been happy with Hopkins AC, their protocols of informing us when they are coming with a picture of the representative. Always efficient. We recommend them highly.

Jonah was great. Biggest thing was he listened. I know service calls are designed to be sales calls too. But once I explained to him that I wasn't interested in any other services but maintenance, he didn't push anything. But, he still continued to educate me on things that I can do myself and things that I should get a pro for. Matter of fact like, without any type of sales pitch. 1st time using you guys and I happy I switched from Elite (they stink)

Miguel, was very professional, thorough, courteous and honest with his inspection of our AC unit. Although the overall analysis of the unit wasn't very good, because of age. The photographs he took of the unit seemed very accurate. He did offer alternatives for me to look into in the near future. Which was greatly appreciated. Our unit is currently still in good working order for the time being and we will keeping close tabs on it functioning correctly for now. Thank You NM
