I meet with Colson on a Monday and my HVAC unit was installed on Wednesday. Colson was very professional knowledgeable, available and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I received quotes from several different companies and they beat and exceeded my expectations. The great service didn’t just end with Colson, the HVAC installers arrived on time, explained everything pertaining to the job in details and walked me through the project every step of the way. The work area was left spotless. I was so impressed when the installer took the time to remove his shoes before entering inside my home. Hopkins air is the way to go for all of your HVAC needs.

Went with them for an AC replacement and cant recommend them enough for the whole process from the sales call to the install to the service and maintenance. From the getgo they worked to get our business. When our AC died unexpectedly they still offered a deal and showed up the next morning to put in the new one. Install folks were a breeze to work with and a couple months after the install we had an issue...they showed up 45 min later to take a look at it. It was cold during the install so they topped off the coolant. We had our first maintenance today and they notify you of who is coming and when they are going to be there. The tech went above and beyond checking everything and making sure we were happy. For AC the peace of mind is worth it. We talked to alot of people too but these folks consistently went above and beyond. That has continued after the sale.

The salesman, Colson, was prompt as scheduled, knowledgeable, and very polite. The installation went as promised. The two installers, Gadrian and Andres arrived on time. They were both very polite and knowledgeable wasting no time installing the system and describing the installation to me. They left the site clean and explained the new thermostat to me. I have lived in Florida for 50yrs and I can say with no reservation that thus company was the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone was polite from top of the chain to tge installers. Thank you, Hopkins for making this an experience for my record books!

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.My ac unit broke on Tuesday night n they came right over. I needed a new ac unit and they came on Wednesday and installed a new one. On Wednesday the installation manager came over to inspect the installation. All of their techs were very professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. They went above n beyond. You guys are awesome. Sophia was great. Since then, every time the other tech comes out, he pushes hard to upsell. Sometimes he’s successful, but most times it’s blatantly obvious. I don’t like that behavior.
